Unlike other jewellers and watch sellers we operate an inhouse servicing and repair facility . We have 3  Swiss trained watchmakers who each have various skills and experience including Rolex, Omega IWc and Breitling .

Our low overheads  , experience and location has enabled us to provide a cost effective and reliable trade service as well as one to the private indivdual . We have many trade customers who clearly require a troublefree solution to their requirements . One which we have managed to provide  and are proud of the level of service we give.

The watch Industry is changing and we have invested heavily in methods and practises as well as purchasing and in some cases building up to date machinery and equipment .

Our Rolex bracelet restoration service is one such area of our business that we are mightly proud of . Knowledge does not come instantly and we have endevoured to find ways and means of producing great results giving new life to previously tired and worn bracelets . It is a very unique service  it makes our customers very happy and makes  us very proud !

We are also able to refinish Rolex Sports watch cases to Rolex standard using lapping techniques. Many Accredited watchmakers are now finding that unless they purchase expensive lapping equipment direct from Rolex they are unable to service Rolex Sports watches like the Submariner , GMT-Master , Explorer 2 etc. 

There is nothing worse than a badly refinished watch case , our pet hate . Rounded lugs on Sports cases demonstrates lack of understanding , attention and care . the first thing a customer sees when receiving their watch back from service is a hopefully a like new watch , they will never usually see what has been done to the movement so the case refinish is vitally important and shows the job has been done professionally to a high standard .
